The Program
Grief Journal Companion is a 50-day SMS journaling program. Once enrolled, you receive one reflective question per day by text message. You may reply to any question to add it to your private journal. At any time you may text WHERE AM I AT to receive an AI-generated reflection on your journal entries to date.
Enrollment and Consent
By enrolling and providing your mobile number, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from Grief Journal Companion. Consent is not a condition of purchase or participation in any other service. You must be 18 years of age or older to enroll.
Message Frequency and Rates
You will receive up to 1 message per day for 50 days, plus any responses triggered by messages you send us. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier if you are unsure about your plan.
Opt-Out and Help
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After texting STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-enroll, text START or return to our enrollment page.

Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, and Metro by T-Mobile. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Nature of the Program
Grief Journal Companion is a journaling and reflection tool. It is not a licensed mental health service, therapy, or crisis intervention program. The AI-generated reflections are for personal insight only and do not constitute professional counseling, medical advice, or psychological treatment.

Privacy
Your use of this program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at griefjournal.app/privacy. We do not sell or share your personal information.
Intellectual Property
The questions, program structure, and AI reflections delivered through this service are the property of Host1Help1. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
This program is provided as-is. Host1Help1 is not liable for any emotional distress, reliance on AI-generated content, carrier delays, or interruptions in service. Your use of this program is at your own discretion.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Enrolled users will be notified by SMS of any material changes before they take effect. Continued use of the program after notification constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in Whatcom County, Washington.
